Ann-Marie Heidingsfelder is a leadership and sales expert, consultant, coach, and workshop facilitator. Her clients experience a “connecting the dots” to improved job satisfaction, values, and business outcomes with a style that incorporates heart, backbone, and humor. Coaching since 2007, she is successful with front-line managers to C-Level leaders in the commercial, healthcare, and government sectors. Specific areas of expertise include emotional intelligence, change management, complex solution sales, remote management, and employee engagement. There are few challenges in management and sales or the psychology of leadership that Ann- Marie hasn’t seen before, can’t relate to or hasn’t advised on. This makes her a highly relatable and seasoned professional who applies a genuine passion for helping organizations and their employees succeed.
Ann Marie is getting her Ph.D. in Organizational & Industrial Psychology from Liberty University (2023), holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, a BA in Psychology from Boston College and an Associate Coaching Credential from the International Coach Federation. She has published extensively in both print and online for YFS Magazine, SalesPro Magazine, the Northern California HR Association Magazine and TrainingIndustry.com. She authored The 20 Minute Sales Coach: Improve Sales Performance & Increase Sales in as Little as 20 Minutes a Day available on Amazon. Ann- Marie is a member of the Ken Blanchard Partner Network, the Association for Training & Development, the International Coach Federation, and the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical affiliate.
Ann Marie previously held senior leadership roles at GE Healthcare Finance, Comcast, Hewlett-Packard Financial Services, DELL Financial Services, and AT&T Capital Corporation.
A native Bostonian, Ann-Marie now lives with her family and pets in Sonoma County, California. She enjoys cycling, gardening, the beach, volunteering at her daughter's high school, and mentoring Boston College seniors.
